It's not just about their cameras.... I had a horrid time with
their customer service. It's a long story, but suffice to say that
I had to threaten to go to CASE in order to get their attention,
and I got one customer service officer face disciplinary action in
the process.
In the end, I told the customer service manager straight in the
face: 'I really regret buying your product... I really should have
bought your competitors' products instead such as Nikon or
Canon'.
Whatever the case, as soon as I can afford it, I'm gonna buy either
the Nikon Coolpix S8 or the Casio Exilim Z70.
